Not every business gets a Blue Koi, but the businesses that we feel are deserving can get anywhere from 1 Blue Koi to 3 Blue Koi. Here are our rating guidelines:
Red Koi: Worth visiting again, service was good, product was good, friendly faces

White Koi: Definitely worth another visit, service was excellent, product was top notch, friendly & happy faces

Blue Koi: Best in class, awesome service, over the top product, super friendly and attentive staff.
